Join Our Team as a Concierge Extraordinaire!

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Love meeting new people and making a great first impression? Join us as a Concierge Extraordinaire in Centennial, Colorado! We’re looking for a customer service rockstar to work on a PRN (as-needed) basis for both day and night shifts. If you have a knack for hospitality, a welcoming personality, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Master the phones – Answer calls, take messages, and connect people like a pro.
  • Roll out the welcome mat – Greet visitors, sign them in, and make them feel right at home.
  • Be a human GPS – Help residents, guests, and vendors find their way around.
  • Sort and deliver mail – Because getting the right letter to the right person is an art!
  • Tackle office tasks – Type up memos, update directories, and keep things running smoothly.
  • Stay on top of reservations – Schedule events, book guest apartments, and keep the calendar in check.
  • Keep things organized – Maintain records, directories, and even birthday lists (so no one misses a celebration!).
  • Share the inside scoop – Provide brochures and info to anyone curious about the community.
  • Be ready for anything – Handle emergency calls, monitor security, and keep an eye on things during rounds.
  • Manage work orders – Make sure maintenance requests get where they need to go.
  • Keep the office stocked and running – No one likes a missing stapler or a jammed printer!
  • Bring the good vibes – Whether it’s helping a resident, chatting with a visitor, or assisting a teammate, your positive energy makes a difference.
  • Jump in where needed – Every day brings something new, and you're up for the challenge!

Note: This Concierge role has a flexible schedule and may include day, evening, or overnight shifts. We're looking for someone reliable, adaptable, and welcoming.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge of the local Centennial area and surrounding attractions is highly desirable
  • Multilingual abilities are a valuable asset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with luggage
