Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and data entry activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems. Responsibilities include aggregating data and distributing metric reports, coordinating and facilitating materials during new hire orientation and assisting with paperwork, managing the referral bonus program, managing office supply inventory and ordering new products as necessary, processing any invoices for the facility, organizing catering events including meal planning, supplies purchasing, set up and take down of events, arranging and coordinating onsite employee activities, helping with some organizing of leadership schedules, hosting onsite guests of the site, and assisting with any additional tasks that may arise within the facility. The role requires a high level of strategic thinking and planning, strong ability to independently problem solve and provide solutions, working independently on data entry and analysis in Microsoft Excel, effectively applying knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments, in-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area, applying advanced skills to strategize, problem solve, and resolve complex problems independently, possibly modifying processes to resolve situations, working independently within established procedures with general guidance on new assignments from leadership, and possibly providing general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members. Qualifications include a High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred, 4 to 6 years work experience in related field preferred, strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, proficiency in MS Office programs and Outlook, and excellent customer service skills.
