Job Description
A global supply chain software company with 1,200 employees across 22 countries is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to support a major global payroll transformation. This project involves integrating Workday with ADP GlobalView , with downstream connections to NetSuite . The ideal consultant will act as a techno-functional liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global HR/payroll teams.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the point person for all Workday-to-ADP integration efforts.
Validate data mappings and integration file formats to ensure successful transmission from Workday to ADP.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal IT, finance, HR, and external vendor teams (TopBloc, ADP, Workday PS).
Troubleshoot ongoing file formatting and error resolution issues in Workday/ADP integrations.
Leverage expertise to guide best practices for global payroll integrations and regulatory compliance (especially for countries like Germany and India).
Support knowledge transfer from existing third-party vendors and ensure documentation for future rollouts.
Assist with strategic planning for remaining global entity integrations, targeted to be complete by year-end.
5+ years of Workday HCM integration experience (techno-functional preferred).
Experience integrating Workday HCM with ADP GlobalView or similar global payroll platforms.
Strong understanding of global HR/payroll requirements , especially for EMEA and APAC (Germany, India, etc.).
Ability to interpret file formats/specs and ensure compliance with country-specific payroll processing needs.
Comfortable liaising between internal teams and external vendors to drive execution.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Attention to detail is critical – resumes with grammar/spelling issues may not be reviewed.
Previous experience working with or transitioning from TopBloc or similar Workday integrators.
Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus but not required (Finance team owns that integration).
Prior experience working in a multi-entity, multinational environment.
