Job Description

The Temporary Turn Associate is a temporary position that will provide temporary assistance during turn. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. Our ideal candidate will be able to solve problems quickly and courteously, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, has a strong understanding of office work, willing to learn, be self-motivated and a willingness to address issues as they arise. Reports to: Community Manager. Direct Reports: None. Roles and Responsibilities include ensuring confidentiality of client, resident and company information; participating in all move-in and move-out related activities, including inspections and trash-outs; assisting in the cleaning of available apartments and/or models; properly handling package couriers such as UPS, DHL, Amazon, FedEx for the residents and ensuring correct delivery; understanding and adhering to Fair Housing laws; keeping grounds clean and free of debris and trash; performing housekeeping duties as needed; and performing related duties as assigned. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, and excellent customer service skills. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
