Combilift Depot is seeking a Service Coordinator & Dispatcher to join our team at our corporate office in Tomball Texas. This position will work directly with our service manager to insure our service customer's needs are fulfilled. We are looking for a long term employee as we expand throughout Texas and Louisiana.

This is an office position within the service department. You will be organizing and dispatching service techs along with working with our customers as they call in for service related needs. The position requires you to be organized and able to work independently within the office.

Job Duties:

• Answering inbound service phone calls.
• Filling out parts requests from our field service team.
• Scheduling field service techs with the assistance of our Service Manager.
• Inputting data into the CRM system.
• Calling customers to advise scheduled service time/date.
• Calling customers to follow up on work already performed.
• Scanning documents onto our file server.
• Looking up parts and filling in spreadsheets.
• Other general administrative and/or customer service duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Talking to Customers
• Experience in Excel
• General Computer Experience
• Must be able to multi-task and follow-up
• Professional Appearance
• Positive attitude and team player
• Able to communicate directly with customers
• Dependable - Must be able to work assigned schedule
• High School Diploma, GED or 12 months recent verifiable experience
• Must be able to pass drug and background check
• 5 day work week - 8am to 5pm
