Responsibilities: Provide compensation and benefits knowledge management, tax planning, and diligence, including executive compensation, equity arrangements, qualified plans, and employee benefits to a full range of clients (corporate, private equity), including major multinational clients. Work closely with other KPMG offices to provide technical and practical recommendations. Liaise with other practice groups and KPMG member firms globally. Formulate and review tax memoranda and opinions. Draft, research, prepare, and advise on private letter rulings. Instruct internal courses and author articles related to compensation and benefits; review articles and risk management activities. Qualifications: Minimum five years of significant compensation and benefits tax-related experience in an accounting firm, IRS, corporation, or law firm. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, or other approved credentials. Candidates without these credentials have one year from hire to obtain at least one approved designation. Contact your recruiter for the list of approved credentials.
