Clayton Services is searching for an Entry Level Sales Associate to join a thriving company in Central Houston. This position offers the opportunity to work both in the field and remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining strong connections with clients and team members. The Entry Level Sales Associate will drive company growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00/hour

Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to individual client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to align with company goals and stay informed on best practices.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Utilize CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage contacts, and report on sales activities.
• Other duties as assigned

Entry Level Sales Associate Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling sales proposals and negotiate successful contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally and effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of current industry trends and market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a hybrid work environment.
• High level of motivation, initiative, and results-driven mindset.

Entry Level Sales Associate Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
