This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations quality , design processes and quality systems within a dynamic and innovative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures. + Assist in the development of operations monitoring databases and trending + Assist in the training curriculum development for operations. + Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution. + Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met. + Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings. + Perform other duties as assigned by the VP Qual **Qualifications** + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Design, Quality Assurance, or a related field. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. **Preferred Qualifications** Pay / Compensation The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour Actual pay may fluctuate outside of the listed range depending on skills, education, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
