Using AI-powered early detection, they help identify critical medical events such as CHF, COPD exacerbations, pneumonia, sepsis, UTIs, and falls. Monitoring over 30,000+ patients daily, they are on a mission to improve healthcare outcomes by enabling proactive and predictive care through cutting-edge solutions.

*The Position *

As a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be responsible for supporting their remote patient monitoring efforts across post-acute and skilled nursing facilities in the state of Washington. In this in-person, flexible role, you’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to drive better patient outcomes using AI-enabled technology.

Primary responsibilities include:

* *Visit various skilled nursing facilities to conduct in-person assessments*: Complete comprehensive health evaluations using clinical insights and AI-powered tools (minimizing travel by visiting only one site per day).
* *Develop individualized care plans*: Leverage patient data and predictive analytics to guide clinical decisions.
* *Ensure accurate documentation*: Maintain compliant, timely records within the EHR system (saving time with AI notetaking during sessions).

*Qualifications and Candidate Background*

The ideal candidate will have:

* Certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington, with ANCC (or equivalent) certification in Adult, Family, Geriatric, or Acute care. (Must have an active NPI number)
* Ability to practice independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficient with healthcare technology, including EMRs, Google Suite, Slack, and AI tools.

*Schedule and Compensation*

This is a pay-per-visit role at $25 per completed and signed clinical note (most NPs complete at least 3 visits / hour). The expected schedule is a minimum of 10 hours per week (no maximum).

Pay: $75.00 per hour
