We’re Hiring: EXPERIENCED Powder Coater Only
Compass Powder Coating is looking for a skilled, reliable Powder Coater to join our team. If you have real hands-on experience with powder coating and you know how to show up to work every single day , we want to talk to you.
This is not an entry-level position. This is for professionals who know the process, can work independently, and are serious about their craft.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of powder coating experience (this is required , not optional)
Proven ability to prep, coat, and finish with attention to detail
Familiar with different powders, materials, and application techniques
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
RELIABILITY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE — we need someone who shows up, every day, on time
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Must follow safety standards and keep a clean work area
Works well with a team and can take direction professionally
