We are seeking a Legal Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in a law firm setting to join a well-established firm in Midtown Atlanta . This is a hybrid role , requiring 4 days onsite per week , with a salary range of $70,000-$85,000 , depending on experience.
This position involves significant administrative responsibilities , including scheduling and coordinating the recruiting process, but it is also a highly visible role within the firm.
Key attributes we're looking for:
Minimum of 2 years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage administrative and scheduling tasks efficiently.
Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills - personality is key!
Interest in growing into a leadership role over time.
