Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Coordination: Arrange and oversee complex domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries and logistics.
• Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate a highly demanding calendar, balancing professional and personal commitments.
• Personal Support: Handle day-to-day personal tasks, including errands, deliveries, pickups, and personal item restocking.
• Appointment Scheduling: Organize and oversee all personal and professional appointments.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
• Proactive and highly organized, with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• A passion for the fashion industry and an understanding of its fast-moving nature.
