Position: Early Childhood Educator (Full-Time Preferred)

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with a team of passionate educators who believe in the power of community and connection

• Observe, listen to, and learn from children to support their natural curiosity and creativity

• Co-create meaningful learning experiences and environments that invite exploration and discovery

• Build warm, emotionally responsive relationships with both children and families

• Document and reflect on the many ways children make sense of their world

• Create nurturing, inspiring classroom spaces where every child feels safe, seen, and celebrated

• Uphold school policies and honor confidentiality as a trusted member of our team

What We’re Looking For:

• A love for working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and a deep respect for who they are as thinkers and learners

• Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but a growth mindset and enthusiasm are just as important

• Strong understanding of child development principles

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with families and colleagues

• A collaborative spirit, creative mindset, and a warm, friendly presence

• Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (with at least 6 credit hours in early childhood education)
