Prior Experience in Dental Field and Dental Front Office positions is REQUIRED for this position.

We are looking to add a full-time Dental Front Office Coordinator to our family practice team. 1+ years of experience in a Dental front office position is required. Knowledge and Hands-on experience of Open Dental and/or Dentrix preferred.

We provide excellent pay of between $26 and $30 per hour based on qualifications, along with industry-leading benefits including medical (match), dental, 401K retirement, 401K match, Vacation/ Sick Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay, Periodic performance bonus, subsidized Health club membership, Continuing Education credits among others. Location: Durham Dental, 16780 SW Upper Boones Ferry Rd., Portland OR 97224 (Next to Bridgeport Village Mall)

Schedule: Full Time (36 - 40 Hrs per week). 4 days a week Min. 8 AM to 5:30 PM. Work-life balance is important and we can discuss any flexibility you need.

Pay/ Compensation : Pay range up to $30 per hour for a top-notch, patient-focused, team-driven, productive, and experienced professional. $1000 retention bonus upon first 12 months tenure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep the Provider Schedules full and ensure office resources are optimized

• Greet patients and update patient information and do insurance verification

• Collect patient payments, Schedule patients

• Handle all patient and vendor communications

• Handle insurance submissions, and insurance payments, follow up on outstanding insurance claims

• Help keep the schedule running smoothly

• Run start of the day end of day reports

• Own Top Line (Revenue growth) and Bottomline (AR Collection) to the industry's best standards

Qualifications:

• Proven track record with 2+ years of experience in the Dental Front Office position
• Dependable and reliable with an interest in continuous learning and commitment to teamwork
• Experience with Open Dental or Dentrix Preferred.
