Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage project plans, budgets, and schedules effectively.
• Familiarity with job costing and accounting practices in construction.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
