As a Commercial Roofing Estimator , you will assess roofing projects to provide accurate, profitable, and competitive cost estimates for materials, labor and other expenses for service requests. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of commercial estimating experience or an experienced commercial roofer who is ready to step up and grow into a leadership role. A deep understanding of single-ply, thermal plastics, EPDM and insulation is necessary. Job Duties:

• Visit commercial properties to inspect roof conditions, take measurements, and identify potential challenges
• Determine what materials and how much labor will be required
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients or project managers
• Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
• Work with contractors, suppliers, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely quotes

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of previous roofing estimating experience
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of Estimating Edge, a bonus
