Job Opportunity: Autism Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated individual to work with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families in Perris, CA.

About the Role

• Follow customized treatment plans for each child to ensure optimal progress
• Observe and play with children to collect data and write comprehensive progress notes
• Collaborate with children to develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills
• Work closely with children to transform challenging behaviors into effective communication skills

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Active certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High energy levels, creativity, and ability to think critically
• Ability to frequently move around, get up/down from floor, and travel quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn our data collection software
• Desire to continuously learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care to children
