In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified prospects, selling professional services , technical solutions , and ERP implementation offerings that drive measurable business value. You’ll be the first point of contact in our sales cycle—making connections that turn into lasting client partnerships. What You’ll Do Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, social media, networking , and HubSpot CRM workflows . Sell professional services , including ERP implementation, technical consulting, business process optimization, integrations, and change management. Work closely with marketing to pursue inbound leads from the website and campaigns, helping convert interest into qualified opportunities. Set and exceed quotas for outbound communications , appointment setting, and new business origination . Understand our products (Epicor Prophet 21, Epicor Kinetic) and services deeply to articulate clear business value to executive-level buyers. Conduct thorough discovery with prospects, identify pain points, and position Scaled Solutions Group as a trusted advisor . Coordinate and schedule discovery calls, product demos, and sales meetings with Account Executives—participating where possible. Drive excitement and interest for trade shows and events , helping to generate onsite meetings and meaningful engagements. Research and develop outreach strategies for high-value accounts using account-based marketing tools such as ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Build and nurture executive-level relationships , serving as a helpful, consultative partner from first touchpoint. Keep detailed, accurate records in HubSpot CRM and regularly report on pipeline development, outreach KPIs, and opportunity quality. What You’ll Need to Be Successful 3–5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or inside sales rep , preferably selling enterprise SaaS, ERP, or professional services . Strong ability to hit and exceed outbound outreach quotas , with a proven track record in new business origination . Experience with cold outreach, social selling, and event-based lead generation . Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and value-driven sales approach. Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Ability to develop executive-level relationships , understand complex business challenges, and position tailored solutions. Demonstrated success in coordinating meetings and passing qualified opportunities to Account Executives . Curiosity, grit, and adaptability—plus a willingness to learn ERP, B2B technology, and vertical-specific pain points.
