Schedule / Expected Work Hours: - Average pay is based on schedule availability & flexibility and is an estimate based on recent data. Varying schedule that includes weekends and most holidays
Job Summary As a Bartender, you will be at the forefront of our bar, showcasing your bartending skills and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting a wide range of cocktails, from classic to innovative, using high-quality ingredients and techniques. Your exceptional customer service skills, extensive knowledge of cocktails, and ability to multitask will make you a key contributor to our bar team.
Responsibilities - Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, including signature cocktails, with precision and flair.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar station, including stocking and replenishing bar supplies.
- Prepare garnishes, fresh ingredients, and house-made syrups for cocktails.
- Educate guests about our cocktails and provide information about our Tex-Mex cuisine.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
Qualifications - Bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Ability to create unique and innovative cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol.
