Job Overview: We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team at Carmella's Wine Bar. As a Bartender, you will be at the forefront of our service, crafting exceptional cocktails and providing guests with an unforgettable experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse selection of wines and spirits, showcasing your creativity and expertise in mixology.

Pay: $10.35 - $28/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and serve a variety of classic and innovative cocktails, tailored to guests' preferences.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine selections and food pairings, enhancing the guest experience.
• Maintain an organized and efficient bar area, including inventory management and cleanliness.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging feedback and fostering a sense of community.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge of wine, cocktails, and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
• A passion for wine, cocktails, and exceptional service, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
